National Immunization Schedule under the Universal Immunization Programme. Dates are the earliest each dose is due; faded rows have already fallen due and say nothing of whether the dose was given.

Minimum gaps: 4 weeks between OPV, pentavalent and rotavirus doses; 8 weeks between fIPV and PCV doses. Never restart a series. JE only in endemic districts. Pregnant women: Td-1 early, Td-2 four weeks later, or one booster if two doses were given in the last 3 years.
